Detailed itinerary

Pickup in Kigali and drive via Ruhengeri to the Cyanika or Katuna border post.
Continue through Kisoro or Kabale and onward to Bwindi National Park (about 5 hours total).
Arrive early afternoon for optional activities: Lake Mutanda canoeing, Batwa community visit, and a coffee-making experience.
Note: A complimentary Kigali city tour (including the Genocide Museum) can be organized before crossing into Uganda.

Main destination: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (Gorillas)
Accommodation: Rushaga Gorilla Lodge (mid-range, outside Rushaga)
Meals: Lunch & dinner (breakfast not included)
Drinks: Drinking water (other drinks not included)

Head to the park gate after breakfast for a full gorilla trekking briefing and group assignment.
Trek duration varies (a few hours or more) depending on gorilla location inside the forest.
After trekking, transfer back to Kigali, Rwanda.
Tip: Avoid booking flights out of Kigali earlier than 10:00 p.m. as trekking can sometimes exceed 5 hours.
Note: Uganda (EAT) is one hour ahead of Rwanda (CAT).

Pickup from Entebbe/Kampala/Kigali after an early breakfast (07:00 hrs).
Briefing about the safari, then drive to southwestern Uganda with scenic stops.
Community visit (local drum and craft making), and an Equator stop for photos and crafts.
Lunch in Mbarara, then continue to Bwindi; arrive late afternoon, check in, relax, dinner and overnight.

Early breakfast, drive to park headquarters for ranger briefing and group allocation (max 8 people per group).

Pickup at 7:00 a.m. after breakfast and briefing for the 3-day safari.
Drive (~6 hours) via Luwero; stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking.
Lunch stop in Masindi, then proceed to the park and head to the top of the falls.
Enjoy the incredible viewpoint at the falls; then drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
